Luis Torroella es un analista en banca de inversión en Serficor IMAP, con sede en la Ciudad de México. Donde emplea su día a día asesorando a clientes en posibles fusiones, adquisiciones, levantamiento de capital y estructuración de deuda. Ha empleado su tiempo de analista de una manera muy eficiente, adquiriendo experiencia en múltiples industrias. Luis aporta al equipo Serficor IMAP un entendimiento profundo y análisis de tendencias en el mercado, además de aportar grandes habilidades sociales que lo hacen un gran creador de soluciones financieras
Antes de unirse al equipo de Serficor IMAP, Luis trabajó en múltiples proyectos con Banorte, lo que le ayudó a adquirir valiosa experiencia en el mercado financiero trabajando con una de las instituciones financieras más importantes del país.
Actualmente está cursando la carrera de Licenciatura de Finanzas en el Tecnológico de Monterrey. Combinando excelencia académica con experiencia profesional en el sector financiero.

Diego began his professional career at BBVA as an Intern, gaining hands-on experience in banking operations. He later worked as an Investment Analyst at Clockwork, where he supported Family Offices as well as Venture Capital and Private Equity firms through portfolio management, investment evaluation, and market analysis.
Currently, Diego is an analyst at Serficor IMAP, where he has developed experience across the industrial, logistics, distribution, and construction sectors. He participates in M&A and capital-raising processes, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence support, as well as preparing sector analyses and investor materials. This exposure has allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the value chain and strengthen his analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Diego holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, where he was awarded the San Ignacio de Loyola Medal and the Ceneval Award for Excellence in the EGEL exam in recognition of his academic performance. He also broadened his global perspective through an international academic program at the Universitat de València.
