Nearly 70 analysts and associates from 22 countries came together for two action-packed days designed to develop their professional skills and strengthen international relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day one featured intensive training led by James Wolfe, Managing Director at Financa, renowned for his expertise in middle-market M&A. His sessions focused on practical financial modeling exercises that participants could immediately apply to client transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event wasn\u2019t all work and no play\u2014day two saw participants dive into a dynamic off-site teambuilding exercise: a digital treasure hunt. Teams worked together to solve puzzles, enhance problem-solving skills, and uncover Hamburg\u2019s rich history, all while competing for the championship title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This inspiring event highlighted the importance IMAP places on investing in its people and building cross-border relationships, crucial for delivering the best results for clients worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
