SERFICOR IMAP S.A.P.I. DE C.V., located at Av. Santa Fe 170, Santa Fe, Zedec Sta Fé, Álvaro Obregón, 01219 Mexico City, CDMX (formerly Distrito Federal), is responsible for the personal data it has collected or will collect from its clients, suppliers, or any other individual, the use made of it, and its proper protection. In this context, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (as well as its Regulations and other applicable guidelines), we inform you through this privacy notice about the characteristics and purposes of the processing of your personal data.

COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE
The personal data that SERFICOR IMAP S.A.P.I. DE C.V. obtains, stores, and uses from its clients, suppliers, and/or candidates for available positions are voluntarily provided by you for the purpose of the relationship that originates or may originate between the parties. Consequently, such personal data is collected exclusively for the following purposes:

A) PRIMARY PURPOSES: (i) internal control, including reporting on the status and situation of matters handled on your behalf or by your order, (ii) fiscal and/or billing purposes, (iii) to respond to your questions and comments submitted through our website, and (iv) if it concerns your CV, to establish contact for potential recruitment, selection, and/or hiring processes.

B) SECONDARY PURPOSES: (i) commercial and/or marketing purposes, including providing information about services and events and sending our newsletter, and (ii) statistical purposes.
For the purposes, the personal data collected and/or to be collected will include:

IDENTITY: name, nationality, date and place of birth, age, sex, marital status, names of relatives, dependents, and beneficiaries, federal taxpayer registry (RFC), unique population registry key (CURP), home phone, mobile phone, and email address, and for candidates seeking a position, social security number.

EDUCATIONAL: educational background, degrees, affiliations, professional license, certificates, and recognitions, among others.

EMPLOYMENT: position, work address, phone, fax, and work email, work and personal references.

FINANCIAL AND/OR PROPERTY: bank account information and/or payment methods.

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law, we require your express consent for the processing of your "financial and property" personal data. If you do not object to the processing of your financial and/or property data, it will be understood that you grant us your consent, as these will be used for the purpose established in section IV of Article 10 of the Law.
You may express your opposition to the processing of your personal data for secondary purposes within 5 (five) business days after submitting your data, by sending an email to our privacy department: info@serficor.com. In such a case, your data will be added to an exclusion list for secondary purposes. For further information, you may request it by email at the address mentioned above.

SECURITY MEASURES
SERFICOR IMAP S.A.P.I. DE C.V. and its entire staff recognize the importance of proper handling of your personal data. Consequently, various controls and security measures have been implemented to ensure that such data remains confidential and prevent unauthorized access or use, as well as potential damage, loss, or alterations.

TRANSFERS
The personal data collected by SERFICOR IMAP S.A.P.I. DE C.V. is not shared or transferred to third parties, except for those required by federal or local authorities, those for which you have given prior consent, or those you have provided to be presented or transferred to third parties as part of a procedure, litigation, or legal matter. Your personal data may only be transferred without obtaining your consent in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS AND/OR REVOCATION OF CONSENT FOR DATA PROCESSING
You have the right to access the personal data that SERFICOR IMAP S.A.P.I. DE C.V. holds about you, as well as the details of their processing. You also have the right to update or correct them if they are inaccurate or incorrect, to instruct us to cancel them (when the purposes for which they were collected have been fulfilled), and to oppose their processing for specific purposes or if there is legitimate cause.
The exercise of the access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition rights (ARCO rights) may be exercised by submitting a free-form written request containing the information and attachments required by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. This request should be sent via email to info@serficor.com.
The ARCO rights request must include at least: (i) name and address or other means of communication for the response, (ii) documents verifying your identity or, where applicable, legal representation, (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data concerning which any of the ARCO rights are being exercised, (iv) an express statement to revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data and, therefore, for them not to be used, if applicable, and (v) any other element that facilitates the identification of the personal data.
Upon receiving your request as described above, the privacy department will communicate its response within a maximum period of 20 business days from the date the request is received. If further information and/or documentation is required, the privacy department will contact you within 5 business days from the receipt of your request, and you will have 10 additional business days to comply with the request. Otherwise, your request will be considered as not submitted. If the request is approved, the responsible part will have 15 business days to implement it. In accordance with Article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the resolution and implementation deadlines may be extended once necessary, and this will be notified to the data subject or their legal representative, along with the reasons for the extension. The revocation and exercise of ARCO rights are free of charge, as is the reproduction in a simple copy or sending via email.

LIMITS TO THE USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you must request it from our privacy department by emailing info@serficor.com and follow the same procedure as for exercising the ARCO rights.

USE OF COOKIES
SERFICOR IMAP S.A.P.I. DE C.V. may use various technologies to improve the efficiency of its website, including the use of cookies. A cookie is brief information sent to your computer by our website, which is stored on your hard drive, allowing us to use the stored information to make your next visit easier.
