    We started operations with a focus on Project Financing of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

    During the financial crisis that affected Mexico, we supported our clients with debt restructurings and private equity solutions.

    We solidified our leadership in infrastructure financing and securitization transactions, surpassing $2 billion in deals for clients such as General Electric, ICA, Lockheed Martin, Banco Mexicano, Nafin, among others.

    Accepted ABN Amro's invitation to develop their M&A practice in Mexico over the course of a year.
