Prior to joining Serficor, Patricio's professional experience includes working as a Junior Analyst at Seale & Associates in Monterrey, Mexico. In this role, he supported all stages of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including business acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate valuations. He contributed to projects spanning diverse geographies, industries, and company sizes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the M&A landscape. Additionally, during his studies, he worked as a Financial Intern at Walmart Mexico y Centroamérica, where he gained hands-on experience in financial operations and analysis.
Patricio graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey with a bachelor's degree in Financial Administration. His educational background is also complemented by international exposure through a Financial Management certification from IPAG Business School in Paris, France.
