Paul Boyance specializes in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, debt structuring, and strategic capital raises. With expertise across a diverse range of industries, including consumer, real estate, professional services, technology, and healthcare, Paul brings a comprehensive understanding of market trends and client needs, enabling him to deliver tailored and innovative financial solutions.

Before joining IMAP, Paul gained valuable experience through internships at NSC Asesores and the M&A law firm Galicia, where he built a solid foundation in both finance and legal advisory. Additionally, he has worked as a seller for various brands and served as a coordinator for the nonprofit organization "Artesana by Conciente." Paul also co-founded a distribution and production company in Mexico City, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance from ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México), Paul combines academic excellence with practical industry experience.
