Santiago Orvañanos is an Investment Banking Analyst at Serficor IMAP, based in Mexico City. His approach is distinguished by a strategic, value-creation-oriented mindset combined with a deep understanding of sector-specific trends, enabling him to deliver tailored, high-quality financial solutions.

Prior to joining IMAP, Santiago gained valuable experience as an Analyst at Entrevo Capital, a search fund focused on acquiring a single outstanding company within the SME market in Mexico and Latin America. During this role, he developed key skills in investment analysis and transaction execution, gaining a deep understanding of the process of sourcing, evaluating, and structuring acquisitions. This background has allowed him to transfer essential knowledge to strategic decision-making, now applied in M&A work, where financial accuracy and the ability to identify value opportunities are critical.

Currently, Santiago is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Santa Fe Campus, combining his academic training with solid hands-on experience in the industry.

DIEGO PRADO

Diego began his professional career at BBVA as an Intern, gaining hands-on experience in banking operations. He later worked as an Investment Analyst at Clockwork, where he supported Family Offices as well as Venture Capital and Private Equity firms through portfolio management, investment evaluation, and market analysis.

Currently, Diego is an analyst at Serficor IMAP, where he has developed experience across the industrial, logistics, distribution, and construction sectors. He participates in M&A and capital-raising processes, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence support, as well as preparing sector analyses and investor materials. This exposure has allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the value chain and strengthen his analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Diego holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, where he was awarded the San Ignacio de Loyola Medal and the Ceneval Award for Excellence in the EGEL exam in recognition of his academic performance. He also broadened his global perspective through an international academic program at the Universitat de València.
