Aline Cruz has experience in administrative and financial management, coordinating operations, suppliers, and work teams in private and academic organizations in Mexico. She stands out for her ability to organize complex processes and keep a firm running smoothly and efficiently.

She is currently the Administrative Coordinator at Serficor IMAP, where she manages the relationship with external accounting, systems, and legal firms, follows up on invoicing, collections, and supplier payments, and participates in negotiating and managing service contracts. She also coordinates recruitment processes, client communication for the firm, and the overall office operations.

Before joining Serficor IMAP, Aline built her career in administrative and project coordination at institutions like UNAM, where she handled recruitment processes, budgets, and personnel document management, and at the Center for Public Opinion Studies, where she coordinated projects with high-profile public and academic institutions.

Aline has a degree in International Relations from UNAM and in Financial Administration from the Virtual University of the State of Guanajuato.
