Daniel Rechthand
Since joining Serficor IMAP, Daniel has specialized in M&A and capital raise projects in the financial services, retail, automotive, industrials and food & beverage sectors.
Daniel began his professional career at J.P. Morgan as an intern in the bank’s back office. He then spent year and a half working at Deloitte in their Corporate Finance practice as a consultant, working on various M&A deals, as well as Project Finance. During his time at Deloitte he worked on deals in manufacturing, retail, and logistics, among others.
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana, where he graduated in 2016. In addition to the bachelor’s degree, he has a diploma certificate from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles of Madrid, Spain.
