Gabriel Millán
Co-founder of Serficor Partners, one of the leading investment banking firms in Mexico, Gabriel has more than 20 years of experience advising private and multinational Fortune 500 companies, in cross-border transactions including market entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint-ventures. Active member of IMAP, the largest global organization of independent investment banking firms of its kind.
Trusted advisor for Mexican business owners and closely-held corporations. During the 90s, he participated in large-scale projects and privatizations in areas such as infrastructure, telecom, satellites, energy, and transportation. He had the opportunity to represent major multinational corporations such as: General Motors EMD, RAG Energy, Hughes Communications, Frankfurt Airports and Hydro China, among others.
Gabriel holds a B.A. in Business Administration from ITAM, Master of Business Administration from IPADE and graduated from the CM Management Program at Harvard. He represented Mexico in JICA’S program “Development of middle-market companies in the Pacific Rim” in Tokyo, Japan.
Gabriel is an entrepreneur and board member of various industrial, commercial and real estate companies. Founding member of Promoviendo Mexico, AC a non-for-profit organization.
